This is a backstroke cup. It should be filled halfway with water and placed on your head before you begin the swim. It will continually give you feedback on your head position. Fairly cheap to make, very simple design. I printed at 80mm/s after the bottom tray of the cup finished printing.
I hope this helps someone improve their backstroke. Please let me know if it does!
