A bazillion years ago I built similar balancing acrobats for nieces and nephews. Back then it was wood and a scroll saw. Fast forward and now it's a slightly altered design with unique enhancements.

Designs included

  1. A basic design (which you can add an .svg to for fun)

  2. A basic design with added dragon

  3. A basic design with added rabbit

  4. An advanced design that takes a weighted counter-balance

  5. A weighted counter-balance (plain to a add an .svg)

  6. A weight counter-balance with added rabbit

  7. A weight counter-balance with added dragon

Printing

  1. I used both PETG and PLA, OPXL5H, .4 nozzle, .20 speed layers

  2. The acrobat had 15% infill, the weight had 40% infill

Assembly

  1. The weight press-fits onto the peg within the acrobat frame, use care to avoid breaking the peg
