This is the right set of grids to fit the old (longstanding until 2025) Harbor Freight workbench. It looks like in the new version of this workbench they changed the bottom drawer to be one big drawer rather than two smaller ones, but given the overall similarities I suspect this will still fit the top drawers. Please post a Make and Comment if you confirm this.

Tested on an Elegoo Centauri Carbon but I know I can print 5x5 grids comfortably on my former printer, a Sovol SV06. So anything with at least a 220x220mm bed should be fine.

You'll need to print:

  • 2 of: 5x5 baseplate

  • 3 of: 2x5 baseplate

  • 1 of: 2x2 baseplate

  • 2 of: 5 box half-grid baseplate

  • 1 of: 2 box half-grid baseplate

  • 2 of: 5 box 10.1mm spacer

  • 1 of: 2 box 10.1mm spacer

  • 1 of: 5 box 19.4mm spacer

  • 1 of: 2 box 19.4mm spacer

  • >=20 of: Plate-to-Plate connector butterflies. Would print some of these at 101% and some of these at 103 or 104%, then you can choose the smaller ones to fit any slots that are too tight to snap in.

Most of the files are exports of the parametric Fusion file that @thoperSought kindly provided in their excellent Gridfinity Refined Extra-minimal baseplate and spacer. The half grids also started with that file, but I sliced out the middle 21mm in Fusion. Other than the half-grid, the primary addition of this page is to collect them all in one place so other people don't have to replicate the measurements.

Minor thing that could be improved:

The back spacer could probably stand to be 10.3mm or so, as it wiggles just a tiny bit. Doing that would probably make it hard to get in, so depends on your priorities.
