The power cable "ring" doesn't require supports, but the mounting plates does. I recommend using an interface material with a ironing function on the top surface of the supports to achieve a smooth surface (hints in the screenshot). For example, if you're printing with PET, use PLA as the interface material, and vice versa. Also, in the slicer 3mf file the pattern of the upper edge of the bracket has been changed, so you can choose which pattern you like more, with large honeycombs or with small ones.
