BOM: M5 nut
Print in any material, press-fit a M5 nut. Either nylon locknut or regular is fine, the design has an inherent locking feature.
The original nut has nothing to resist vibration, and also rotates in place which makes one-handed adjustments of the pole impossible. This is despite the fact that the pole seems to be designed to receive an asymmetric nut in this spot, so that it doesn't rotate.
