This is the bracket part of the fan for my 9600xt. I used it to replace the fan that mine came with with a new (similar to this https://www.amazon.com/Cooling-Fan-12V-DC-Brushless/dp/B08ZJDCBJM/) fan that I just cut out of it's frame and glued it to this bracket.
