Ikea EKET offers a nice box size with options for feet or wall mounting and it comes pre-painted.

The Ikea KALLAX wasn't really designed for this but can be cut down (pictures in description) to work for this design and again is pre-painted, the cut edges will be hidden from view so no re-painting is required.

Designed for the Anker Prime Charging Station, 200W 6-Port GaN Desktop Charger from Amazon

Print all without supports, construction adhesive/glue is not required but may help keep panels aligned, the front bezel uses two flat-head wood screws to keep it in place, suggest pre-drilling the holes for these.

The two 1-3/4 x 13" pieces can be cut from the scrap of the 4 thick shelves, these go inside the front bezel, right and left sides to keep the final top thin shelf in place, construction adhesive here is optional.  The factory holes in the two upper thin shelves should be towards the rear so they are not seen.

PETG 4-wall suggested for all parts

Print 2 of spacer rear (both go in rear top and bottom of vertical spacers to hold laptop/tablets, sand the outside edges down equally if too tight, you don't want this part to bow or be stressed)
Print 1 of spacer front (goes on front at bottom, little construction adhesive here can help keep it in place)
Print 1 of front bezel (goes on front, stays in with two screws)
Print 1 of charger holder (goes into front bezel, option to use construction adhesive or a single screw to prevent from being pushed back)
