3d Printed Parallettes V3

These parallettes are designed around parallel bars that are 41.30mm or .8" OD (Outer Diameter).

I have included the .STEP file for this model for easy resizing to a smaller bar using Fusion360 (Press Pull tool) and similar software.

They also require M3x12 screws or other long screws if you use a wooden dowel for example

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

Print the legs x4 in PETG or stronger (nylon even better)

Print with minimum 5 walls and 10-15% infill

Print the feet x8 and the end cap x4 all in tpu

(You may be able to substitute the other parts for another material but superglue may be required.)

ASSEMBLY

  1. In on each side of the bar 3/8" in from the edge, drill a 1/8" hole.

    1. (NOTE: THESE HOLES MUST BE ALIGNED ON BOTH ENDS SO THE LEGS LINE UP.)

  2. Push each leg on to both sides, taking care to ensure they are facing the correct direction (with chamfers facing out and the flatter looking side facing in)

  3. Push M3x12 screws into place and thread on the nut.

  4. Press on the end caps for each end.

  5. Snap the TPU feet into the bottom
