long time ago I bought a  Mannesmann mini vise with suction base. I thought it  was a good idea - long story short .. it wasn't.

This tiny part converts the suction base to something that can be clamp to a table.

Additional Hardware

  • a wooden board that fits you needs - I recommend hardwood

  • M8 screw-in sleeve

  • 2 wood screws

Print instructions

  • print in given orientation

  • 3 perimeters

  • use PETg or similar (I used PCTg)

Assembly

  • make a small hole with a 25mm forstner bit and inside use a 13mm drill bit - see picture

  • make a hole for the screw-in sleeve with a 10.5mm drill

  • add the screw-in sleeve, the part should be fully flat on your board

  • assemble the vise onto the board

  • add the printed part a and screw it in place

Additional notes

I'm interested in your feedback to improve my stuff! So give me likes, post makes, comment and rate the print to show others and me how well it goes.
If you post a make, let me know which filament you use.

If you want to support me by donating a coffee go to https://ko-fi.com/antimaterie I would really happy about it. The money will be invested in all stuff regarding 3d printing to give more and better quality models.

In general my Prints are not for commercial use, but if you are a print farm owner and want to sell some of my stuff, please contact me.

Hope you enjoy my models.
