I just tried to replicate an ER20 nut I saw. The idea is that it will vacuum the chips the CNC makes to help the dust collector.
I’ve created several versions but haven’t tested them all. I only tested V4 and it works; however, it’s too big for my spindle. The vacuum performance is really good. I’ll try V7 next.
