Just another ruler guide with printed threads. The slot is partly in the thread so the ruler can be fixed with the nut. I used it with M10 metal washer even if I've added a washer to the model.
Thread diameter of screw shrinked by 0.3 mm and enlarged 0.3 mm for the nut. That worked with a 0.1mm layer hight print for me.
Threads are created with an offseted rotating circle resulting in a sinusiodal thread shape.
