I really liked Zackenrad by Jack, however I could not print bearing rotation as designed. I created rotating joint version so I can print using my 3D printer configurations.
Filament: PLA
Layer height: 0.1mm - I used 0.1mm for first 3.6mm then switched to 0.2mm. You should be able to print this with 0.2mm as well.
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Design
Rotating Joint Clearance Gap: 0.3mm
