This is a replacement spool for the Kiev variants that have a plastic spool held in place by a shimmed plate and bearing. The original is prone to losing the slot for taking up the film leader.
Slightly awkward print on an FDM printer, so I've attached various config files for my setup on OrcaSlicer. Main thing I've found is to use standard supports and let the slicer cover the model in them - these result in a far better surface finish than tree supports. I then set Top Z Distance to 0.3mm, Top Interface Layers to 3. The supports removed cleanly on mine with those settings, but yours may vary.
I printed this one in PolyMaker PolyTerra PLA but it should work with various materials, and would likely print well on a resin printer.
