Don't lose your heart (or your M3 screws)! 💘
Designed for the "Valentine's Classics 2026" contest, this heart-shaped part tray combines aesthetics with real-world utility. Whether you are working on a 1:10 RC chassis, an Arduino project, or simply repairing your 3D printer, this tray keeps your hardware secure thanks to its integrated magnet pocket.
✨ Features:
Real Utility: Perfectly sized for organizing tiny screws and electronic components.
Ultra-Fast Print: Optimized to print in under 1.5 hours using standard settings.
Zero Supports: Engineered for a direct-to-plate print with no wasted filament.
Precise Magnet Fit: Includes a bottom pocket for a 10x3 mm neodymium magnet with a +0.4 mm tolerance for a perfect "press-fit".
⚙ Print Settings (Tested on Ender 3 S1 Pro):
Layer Height: 0.28 mm (for speed) or 0.2 mm (for better finish).
Infill: 10% Lightning (saves filament while perfectly supporting the top surface).
Material: PETG or PLA (Buse: 240°C / Bed: 80°C for PETG).
Adhesion: No brim needed thanks to the large flat base.
🛠 Assembly:
Print the tray (~30g of filament).
Insert a 10 mm x 3 mm magnet into the bottom pocket.
Optional: A drop of superglue can be used, though the fit is designed to be snug.
