I made my first in PETG but quite a few of the teeth broke during the first weeks. The last one I made in ASA (winter here so not yet tested but should be much better that PETG).
100% infill, supports on buildplate only.
Cut in 4 parts in slicer if printer is too small. The splicer is a very tight fit so you probably need to shave a bit with a knife in the holes (depending on your printer/settings) or maybe use glue if too loose...
