This QD Sling Point Mount Development Kit is a CAD-ready model of a Push-Button "Quick-Detach" spec socket that can be quickly adapted and customized to mount compatible swivel mounts to virtually anything. Originally designed for a nerf blaster stock, this mount can easily be adapted for use inside and outside of shooting sports. From keychains to camera gear, and other things where a quick disconnect may be preferable, this ready-made socket can do it all. The model isn’t a QD receiver socket without modification, but it facilitates the easy creation of stocks, accessories, and other attachments with a pre-dimensioned part.
