This is an organizer with 15 holes of increasing diameters and depths to store essential oil bottles, primarily those varieties that come in 5 and 10 mL bottles.
There are:
4 small holes (23.5mm diameter)
8 medium holes (26mm diameter)
3 large holes (29mm diameter)
The holes are designed to retain the bottles firmly, so they won't tip and fall out.
I noticed that essential oils come in a few sizes (even those from the same brand) and tried to target the sizes from brands I used the most.
There are also small cutouts for rubber feet on the base of the organizer. These are 20x20x2 mm, so you can either cut out your own rubber feet to fit, or you could get something like these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WDDB7SD
The rubber feet are purely optional and do nothing but increase the friction of the organizer on whatever surface you choose to put it on.
