The blackout curtains for the sliding door at the condo kept gapping open, letting the sun to get into our eyes. I could not find a solution online, so designed this one.
One of the pictures shows the print from the outside, the other from inside. There is enough give to handle most curtains. (One side has slightly more tolerance). Suggest secure the side with the tighter fit to stay on, and slip the other on when closing the curtains.
You can scale the y axis to modify for different curtain sizes.
Printed with PLA (not exposed to direct sun) with .4 nozzle, .2 layer, and 3 perimeters, infill of 15% works fine.
