The Corsair 4000D AR case I bought came with M3x0.5mm x 4mm screws with chamfered heads. (The case's manual says they 5mm length, but...) These are rather loose in the holes of the drive mounting plates. These washers help fix that. Only tighten to "firm", do not over-tighten.
My print was with a P1S, 0.4 mm head, and Bambu Orange PLA Basic.
