I had tried several coozie designs I found on Printables and none of them were really want I wanted. I decided to make my own using Tinkercad. The idea was to have an air gap between the part you hold and the part that holds the can, so as to eliminate cold hands and (hopefully) eliminate any condensation. This design isn't about keeping the drink cold - it's about keeping your hand warm and dry!
Fair warning, I designed this in winter and thus haven't been able to test it in warm temperatures.
EDIT: Works great in warm temps too. No significant condensation on the outside.
There are two models, one for fat cans and one for slim cans. Both designed for 12oz cans commonly found in the US.
EDIT: I've found the manufacturing tolerances of some cans are a little loose, so sometimes a particular can won't fit as well. You could play with scaling up slightly but my suggestion is to open the can before putting it in the coozie. That seems to help a bit. Don't think I've ever had a can that totally wouldn't fit, just some that are tighter than others.
No trick to printing it - PLA is fine and no supports required. I also suggest you try printing with fuzzy skin for a fun feel and more grip (photo included).
EDIT: I now suggest using PETG to print this. I have broken two of them that were printed with PLA.
