These sensors are not very robust. Protect it!
PLEASE be careful when inserting this model into the fan grill. It's designed to snap in. Insert the bottom edge first and then rotate the part up to insert the top edge while gently wiggling it to get all the little fingers to align. The fan grill is delicate and you could break it if you try to force the all the fingers in at once.
Printing conditions:
Your filament needs to be dry. This design really pushes the limit of a 0.4 nozzle and dry filament is crucial.
You'll get a cleaner print with 1 perimeter, and zero top and bottom solid layers
