Rigid, non-electrically-conductive filament (can't contain metal, graphene, graphite or carbon fiber).
100% infill, or at least 4+ wall loops and plenty of top layers to keep it strong and watertight.
Assembly
The bolt (or other similar fastener) should ideally be glued into the base from the bottom.
