feed limiter

Hello dear forum members, I came across an excellent chicken feeder design here on the forum,

downloaded it, and installed it in my coop. However, I noticed a slight design flaw in practice. While eating, the chickens often scratch out the feed because it lies level with the horizontal plane of the feeding channel. This led to significant waste—about 90% of the pellets ended up on the bedding. To solve this issue, I designed and modeled a simple insert. This channel lowers the feed level below the horizontal plane of the main chute, effectively preventing spillage and improving the feeder's overall efficiency. The part prints quickly but requires supports. I've also included simple "click-fit" brackets for easy installation. You can print this insert and attach it directly to your existing feeder setup.
