Replacement ring to hold the cap on TSA approved carryon silicone travel bottles. The original rings breaks quite often causing liquids to spill out. This ring can replace that and keep the bottle functioning. It has clips that will attach to the original cap and hold the bottle securely. The same ring works on both sets of bottles I have.
I printed using basic PLA, with 102% scaling in X and Y axis. I also printed with a 0.1mm layer height, and 0.15mm first layer height.
Scaling may change depending on your printer and material
When clipping the ring on the cap and bottle be careful not to tear the bottle. I used pliers with a paper towel get the clips attached to the cap and hold everything securely.
