This design was made for Canberra Combat Robotics and the starter kit we sell, if you are finding this design yourself you should still be able to make it work with general antweight parts.
I have attached the Fusion 360 project file for people to download and modify if you wish.
The model uses a servo to lift the flipper and a cut rubberband tied to the base and hooked over the underside of the flipper are to pull it back down. The hinge is designed to use a piece of filament as the hinge pin. Further details and build guide coming soon.
***V2 revision*** Frame is 5mm wider and battery compartment modifyed to allow for longer batterys to fit, if your battery is under 45mm long you will want to stick with V1, if longer than 45mm go with V2
