Hand therapy peg board that's mostly printed. The only non-printed parts a 5mm steel rods, that should be cut to 118mm long. If you buy them at 120mm or 125mm, thats fine you dont need to cut them, some rod will just stick out from the top after stacking the barrels.

Once you've obtained and cut, if necessary, the steel rods, simple use a hammer to gentle tap them into the holes on the peg board bass. Be gentle, it does not require much to tap them into place and friction fit them. I also applied some adhesive rubber backing to the bottom of the pegboard base to prevent it from sliding around on the table during use.

There are two versions of the barrels, the easy version just has a slightly large inner diameter so the barrels are a little easier to get on the pegs. This would be for someone that has less dexterity and arm strength and has a hard time manipulating the "stock" pegs.

I made a few of these for my physical therapist, as she only had one available, and would sometimes hold up mine and others therapy sessions just sitting around and waiting for her one available peg board to be done being used.

As always, Ive provided my original Solidworks design files, STEP files for non-Solidworks CAD-ers and STLs for those that just want to print and make it.

Thank you for your interest in my page and my models. Its greatly appreciated. Best wishes

Also, if you are a user of this model, I hope your injury/aliment get better with the use of this pegboard, I wish you a speedy and painless recovery!

Thanks!
