The stock panel plug was causing the PTFE on my setup to bend too sharply on the bottom side, causing frequent loading failures. I added bowden bends to both the top and bottom that can rotate freely. I've been using this for a couple weeks now and it's eliminated the issue entirely for me.
Print one modified panel plug and two of the bends along with the original Nut. Both of these parts require supports. Use the 3mf file for correct orientation and supports.
The parts use a compliant hinge and clip together. They should rotate freely once assembled
Note: If using the STL you need to break it apart and orient everything correctly.
