I found that when your stack got pretty tall or your tension was high, the bottom ring would start to split. This could lead to some undesirable pinching. Adding a locking mechanism to the base solves this problem.
Before using for the first time make sure to rub the two halves through each other to make sure they are smooth to connect.
Print the same as the original:
Orient onto the base
No supports needed
40% infill (I like 3d honeycomb)
It can take a little practice to get this on, but is pretty quick once you get the hang of it. I recommend attaching this ring and one extension midway and then then tightening your testicles to the bottom (lol let me know if that's confusing)
