laundry rack replacement part

I printed it in PLA, PETG would probably be ok (maybe better), could even be done in stiff TPU?

3 perimeters seemed like a smart idea.

I had some trouble getting the values right for the diameters of the pipe and the wire, could be due to variance in diameter or printing precision?

After testing, I think the tube part should be larger and the wire part should be tight, so it can turn around the tube when unfolding the rack. This is actually the right way, the part around the tube should move freely, the wire keeps it in place horizontally.

It's a cheap rack, so this is just an exercise in parts design...
