My take on the Liahona from the Book of Mormon.
I originally printed this in resin but it may print OK in gold silk PLA with sufficient supports. But some of the finer details may be lost unless printing with a smaller nozzle size, like .25 or smaller.
UPDATE: I recently reprinted this on my Prusa XL; a multicolor print using silk PLA filaments to give a metallic look. It turned out well. (See the photos I recently added.) The top DID take multiple prints before I got it right because I did not put enough supports on it the first time. Just use copious supports when printing the top and it should turn out well.
