This model printed easily After several iterations, the walls are down to about one millemeter. Chamferred edges help for proper attachment to your rocket and easy 3D printing. An enclosed curved hole in the base allows for a string to be attached to hold it to the rocket shock cord when the parachute deploys.
Scale as neede to fit your rocket inner diameter. This fits 18mm inner diameter rockets, which is the size of the Estes C engines.
I discovered that in spiral mode on a Bambu printer, the ledge was weak, so I improved the ledge geometry.
