I needed a box for 30 channel dimmer from SOH company (https://eshop.soh.cz/stmivace/i431-dmx-30-led-dimmer-120a/30v-vcetne-indikace )
I printed it from PC/ABS as i needed higher temperature resistance, possible fire resistance (and i had it at home in time of need) but to be honest, to print it, it was quite pain in the ... .
Printer settings: (i have 0,6 nozzle but it could be better to have 0,4)
0,25 STRUCTURAL profile (from Prusa Slicer) with
0,3 first layer height
4 perimeters
5 bottom and 5 five layers (so the desk is full material without infill)
external perimeters first
top and bottom fill pattern - monotone
brim - inner and outer, 15mm, Brim separation gap 0
speed - extremly slow, halved to original profile settings, it was about 30-40mm/s, first layer speed even slower -20mm/s
extrusion width - bigger - 0,8mm, first layer 0,9mm
Fan speed - OFF! ( i forgot to switch off fan to bridges, and it destroyed on of my prints)
What probably helped me a lot with the print was, that in pruca slicer i created 3 0,6mm cuts to longer box's walls and one cut in shorter ones to decrease tension in PC/ABS.
The mouse ears probably did not help that much.
When the heat from the dimmer is too high, i expected to cut off the "O" from SOH and put here some fan.
I expected to add DIN rail mount to bottom part.
