Created this grid base for a Harbor Freight Apache 4800 box so I could attach various components to it for use as a battery box. This will be a tight, almost one way fit by design. I used doublesided tape to secure the grid to the box bottom.
The A and B sides will just fit on an ender 3 s1 base (220x220). Everything was printed in Overture PETG, 4 walls, 50% infill.
In the pictures below I had to trim the corners with a grinder because unlike the other cases the 4800 has little outcroppings at the base corners. I have updated the models in this project to remove that interference so they will just drop in.
My Apache 3800 model includes various standoffs and holders for breakers, shunts, switches, and power blocks that will fit this grid.
