This model is a remix of the Low-Noise Ulka Pump Mount for the Gaggia Classic Pro.

The main difference between the Classic and the Classic Pro versions of this model is how the pump is originally mounted. I tried using a simple adapter from the pro version, but it made the pump too high for the lid to close.

My second attempt involved changing the bolt pattern so that the mount would fit into the metal bracket. In my opinion, this design was more compact, but it interfered with the three-way valve, and installing the bracket and then the pump into the bracket was a nightmare.

For my third and final design, I rotated the pump mount 90 degrees, lowered the overall height, and added an extension so that it could still be bolted onto the original metal bracket. This way, there was no interference, although it was still pretty close to the AC socket and the three-way valve, and the pump could be installed before the mount.

For this model, you need the same length and type of Sorbothane sheet as the pro version, plus:

-  1 x Ulka elbow 147920150

-  2 x M3.5 14mm screw (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000109664128.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.77.129b5e5bJbPgTN)

It clearly made a difference in terms of noise, so I would recommend it. The print is still made with PETG and the same settings, except with 5 wall lines. The design has two supplementary holes for a leg, but they weren't needed. I will upload a model without the holes in the future.

I added the Vibratory Pump Pulsor from Quickmill PL0800PU, but I have never tried it without the Pulsor, so I can't comment on the difference between the mount and the mount with the Pulsor. I had to add two 90-degree 1/8 BSP MF elbows (which can be found on AliExpress), so that it won't hit the lid. The pump exit tube is probably too long now and needs to be trimmed.
