I needed different size Chainrings to check clearences and because I wanted to learn more about the Parametric feature in Fusion360, I made a parametric Chainring. It's for a normal (12.7mm Pitch) Bicycle chain.
I did print some Idlers from PLA and PETG for testing, but I would not recommend this for any Load applications. But you could use the File to CNC mill a Chainring from Aluminium.
I also had the Idea to make a device that would drop a drop of chain wax on every chain link automatically. The 3d printed sprockets worked great. Just the forces were much too high, and it is a lot simpler to lube the chain manually ;-)
If you want to print one, it is designed to be printed without supports, that's why one side is very flat.
