Cecilia was born into the royal family and was 15th in line to the throne. As a child, she and her brother were sent to the court of Emperor Augustus, during which time civil war broke out in her homeland. Her brother became the new emperor, but after some time, he disappeared, and Cecilia took over. She is determined and deceitful, yet her subjects still believe in her brother's return.
