On my printer, the tile only looked really good with the diagram as the TOP face, which means that the fragile clips holding it into the faceplace are on the bottom, forcing the tile body to need support. I ended up designing some support squares myself.

Machine:

  • 0.4mm nozzle

For airflow through the tile:

  • Top shell layers: 0

  • Bottom shell layers: 0

  • Sparse infill density: 35%

  • Sparse infill pattern: honeycomb

For supports: manually painted (bucket fill) areas outside the squares. Also tweaks to avoid support from clinging to any of the clips.

  • Enable support: true

  • Support/object xy distance: 0.6mm

  • Support/object first layer gap: 0.6mm

  • Don't support bridges: true

For a high-quality pattern:

  • Layer height: 0.1mm

  • First layer height: 0.1mm

  • Pause at layer 34 for a color change
