Design & Mechanics
Minimalist Engineering: The entire lock consists of only four internal/structural parts plus two keys (the right key and the wrong key).
Snap-Together Assembly: No screws, glue, or external hardware required. The parts are designed to click into place for a functional bond.
Support-Free: The geometry is optimized for 3D printing, featuring clean angles that require no support material.
Embedded Design on the front for multi-color decoration.
Printing Recommendations
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Layer Height: 0.15mm to 0.2mm
Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 perimeters for strength, especially around the shackle.
Material: Looks stunning in "Silk Gold," "Ruby Red," or a "Matte Stone" PLA.
Assembly Note
Assembly relies on a tight snap-fit. Ensure your bed is level and your flow rate is calibrated to prevent over-extrusion, which can cause the snap to be too tight or loose.
