This is probably a very niche problem, but who knows. Someone may find it useful.
So I bought new headlights for my 2013 Grand Cherokee and they had this space for a bulb but my car didn't have a bulb to go there. I didn't want to just leave it open and get water and bugs in my lights. So I made this little plug.
This was a 15 minute design just so I could get my lights installed so feel free to redesign it, it's a pretty loose fit. I was planning on using RTV anyway to seal it so I wan't too concerned. I ended up making a two piece design because of the overhangs and supports. I assembled it with super glue, and installed it with caulk bc I didn't have any RTV. IDK how this will hold up but it's not under any pressure and IDT it will experience much high temps. I just needed something to keep the water out.
This worked on this specific Spyder Headlight: SKU 5087737. Spyder Part #:PRO-YD-JGC11HIDSI-LB-BK
