I wanted a nice looking corner piece for my HSW project. I did not find exactly what I was looking for so I made one here. The corner piece has a recess to allow the border panels to hold the 90 degree angle well.

The corner piece prints with the corner part up for good quality results. I glued mine to the border pieces and built the entire 7 foot section to become my z axis for the panels that I am still in the process of printing.

You can combine the corner and border pieces in Blender and print the whole piece but my trial prints did not work out well that way so I took to gluing them together with quick set epoxy. I think you get a very good result this way. If you go this route I would suggest using an old piece of 2x4 or something to keep the angle right at 90 (as per picture) ... you will want to use clamps such as the ones I have while the glue is drying (a 30 set is about $10 on amazon).

The corner piece could also double for a magic wand... I gave one to my wife for her next coven meeting!
