This is the most customisable project I've done in SCAD. The combinations and permutations are significant so not for the feint hearted.
But the Thing is dead handy for small parts, in this case M2-M4 fastenings for my 3D printer and other machanical makes. But would also do well for resistors and capacitors; mmm that would keep my printers busy for weeks.
My print of the case lifted (not enough brim) but I sneakily printed a short top drawer so it still functions.

Notes:
The print shown is in Christmas green PLA with a .4 nozzle, .3 layer height. I printed the lids and labels in clear so you can see through them.

All the files are in the zip....
book_shelf_store_2 - this has all the settings and modules for printing the case and drawers with different numbers of compartments, with and without slopes for helping to get the pernickety little parts out of the section and with or without a lid to stop me throwing washers all over the floor. The instructions are in the comments, or you could just change a few parameters and see what happens. I designed printable labels too, but I ended up printing blanks and writing on them.
It generates nothing by default, so either uncomment the module you want to print or call the module for yourself.
You also need these files in the same directory:
thread_calc & printer_settings give you the ability to make things a set number of threads wide using the standard rectangle+2semicircle model for thread_width and build_width calculations. You should combine this with setting the thread_width in your Slicer (print settings/Advanced in Sic3r)
rodsandholes - a set of functions to set the diameter and number of sides of a cylinder to be the correct internal or external diamiter for a rod or a hole
metric_sizes - a set of numbers which do holes for metric bolts and nuts..
