A range of large diameter hole saws for cutting mineral fibre ceiling tiles only. These are not suitable for cutting anything else.

They are sized for cutting holes for the Penton ceiling loudspeakers listed below. However, they may be suitable for other makes and models.

  • 85mm to suit RCS3/T loudspekaers.

  • 119mm to suit RCS4/T, RCS4FT/EN and RCSFT/ENC loudspeakers.

  • 160mm to suit RCS5/T, RCS5FT/EN and RCS5FT/ENC loudspeakers.

  • 164mm to suit RCS5FTCX/ENC loudspeakers.

  • 168mm to suit PCL5/T and CCS4/Toudspeakers.

  • 190mm to suit RCS6/T, RCS6FT/EN and RCS6FT/ENCloudspeakers.

  • 194mm to suit PCL6/T loudspeakers.

  • 200mm to suit RCS6FTCX/ENC coax loudspeakers.

Cutting depth is approximately 25mm.

The hole saws are threaded to suit a Starrett A2 arbour.

0.2mm layers with two perimeters is strong enough to get through ceiling tiles.

PLA gives a sharp edge, though it will dull fairly quickly and may melt at high drill speeds. PCCF would probably be a better material.
