This is a modular base plate designed for electronics prototyping and small mechanical builds. It uses a 3mm circular hole grid spaced 10mm apart, allowing you to mount components, fixtures, or stack brick-style modules on top.

The companion bricks are designed with 2.7mm legs, giving a snug press-fit into the 3mm holes — tight enough to stay in place, but still removable by hand.

Features

  • ✅ 3mm hole diameter

  • ✅ 10mm grid spacing

  • ✅ Brick legs sized at 2.7mm for friction fit

  • ✅ Fully modular — expand by printing multiple plates

  • ✅ Designed for electronics projects, robotics, and rapid prototyping

  • ✅ No hardware required (press-fit system)

Intended Use

Perfect for:

  • Electronics prototyping

  • Arduino / ESP32 / sensor mounting

  • Temporary circuit layouts

  • Robotics experiments

  • Modular test rigs

  • Educational builds

  • Desk maker setups

Think of it as a reusable construction surface for your electronics — stackable “bricks” on a structured grid so you can iterate fast without zip ties or tape.

Printing Notes

  • PLA or PETG recommended

  • 0.2mm layer height works well

  • No supports needed

  • Increase perimeters for a stiffer plate

  • Scale is exact — do not resize if you want proper brick fit

System Concept

This is meant to be a growing ecosystem:

  • Base plates

  • Bricks

  • Component holders

  • Walls

  • Clips

  • Motor mounts

  • Sensor stands
