CZ: Technické specifikace a instrukce
Materiál: PETG Výška vrstvy: 0,2 mm Výplň: 15 %
Vnitřní formu lze tisknout z TPU pro snadnější vyjmutí z betonu
Výška pro pauzu tisku pro vložení matic:
Vnější forma: 13,45 mm a 132,05 mm
Vnitřní forma: 125.05 mm
Spojovací materiál:
Šroub M6x30 s válcovou hlavou: 40 ks
Matice M6: 40 ks (z toho 24 ks je potřeba vložit do formy během tisku)
Doporučení:
Separace formy: Doporučuji formu vymazat odbedňovacím olejem nebo běžným kuchyňským olejem pro snadnější vyjmutí odlitku.
Odbedňování: Při odstraňování formy doporučuji nasypat do vnitřního dílu led a chvíli počkat. Materiál se mírně smrští, díky čemuž se vnitřní část snadněji vysune.
Objem betonu: Celkový objem použitého betonu je 1,46 l.
Postup plnění: Beton nalijte do formy do výšky 69 mm ode dna. Poté zatlačte vnitřní díl a zajistěte jej pomocí šroubů.
EN: Technical Specifications & Instructions
Material: PETG Layer Height: 0.2 mm Infill: 15%
The inner mold can be printed using TPU for easier removal from the concrete
Print pause height for nut insertion:
Outer mold: 13.45 mm and 132.05 mm
Inner mold: 125.05 mm
Fasteners:
M6x30 Socket Head Cap Screw: 40 pcs
M6 Nut: 40 pcs (24 pcs need to be embedded into the mold)
Recommendations:
Mold Release: I recommend coating the mold with mold release oil or common cooking oil.
Demolding: When removing the mold, I recommend pouring ice into the inner part and waiting a moment (it will shrink slightly, making it easier to slide out).
Concrete Volume: The volume of concrete used is 1.46 L.
Pouring Process: I recommend pouring the concrete into the mold up to a height of 69 mm from the bottom. Then, press the inner part in and secure it with the screws.
