The model has a screw hole, with opening for a screwdriver, but that is only for safety. You should attach it with a double sided gel tape and use the screw (a short flatheaded one) only when necessary.
Works just fine in PLA for standard headphones, the space for the headband is 4 cm wide. Prints on the side without supports.
