I only redesigned the head, to give the moving head a look like a washlight. I designed it to look similar to the Eurolite tmh-w36, therefore the rectangular shape…
The arm and base joint might by loose, but you can glue it in position the way you want. The head moves freely, as in the original model.
To print it, supports are needed under the connection pin between arm and base, the rest should work fine. I suggest to sink the head part into the bed in the slicer to give it a flat plane for printing, or use supports too.
If you want to use it as a keychain, like I did, scale down all parts to 30%-80% and glue the keychain support under the base.
