I'm forever having to look up pin numbering for the Raspberry Pi 4. This is a 5-color card I can keep in my wallet so I always have the answer.
I've printed it on a Prusa CORE One+ with MMU3 using mainly Prusament PLA and a 0.4 mm nozzle. The information is at the upper limit of what is readable with this size nozzle. I used ironing to smooth the top surface.
In Prusa Slicer, import the Card STL and add the other 4 STLs to it as parts.
