Simple model that holds two plates of dimensions 120mm*42mm*8mm (approximately).
It has two holes for screws and is designed to be fixed on a round pole. It must be sliced with a cut so as to allow inserting the numbers from the top. I have cut at the base of the hat, but print might be faster when cut at half height. The junction would probably be more visible though.
If anyone is interested, I can make variants or provide the CAD file.
