A simple bookmark (or paperclip) with a label recess for 12 mm wide Dymo/Brother tape.
Approximate dimensions 65 mm x 30 mm (that's roughly 2 1/2 " x 1 1/6").
Works perfectly using PLA, prints in 6 min and 11 s using 2 g of filament on my Mini+.
The label recess is ~ 7 characters wide (with whitespace on both sides) on the smallest font of my old Brother P-Touch.
Designed in FreeCAD, let me know in the comments if you want the .FCStd.
