Rollo X1040 Small Label Adapter

I needed to put barcodes on inventory but wanted to use lil labels (1.2" x 0.8", here's the ones I am using). The Rollo X1040 only accepts labels down to 1.57" width, unfortunately. I found this design on Printables (thanks @hypercoffee_2686985!) but it sadly didn't fit onto the guides of the X1040. Loved the design concept though so I built an original design based on the linked reference.

Pretty simple - print both, slip em onto the original guides, and you're in business!

Now here's the trick - you'll have to tell the Rollo that the label width is in spec. I think I told it that my labels were 1.60" width but I still sent over a design that was sized for 1.2" width. Worked pretty well!

You might see an updated version of my Spool Lift in the background. I modified that design to have a thread along the crossbar + nuts that you could spin in or out to set the width to keep narrow rolls aligned on the holder. I'll update the files at that model once I've validated my latest rev of that accessory.
